Do you ship to our country? |
Yes. we do ship internationally. |

personally only to the customers who are visiting

factory. But it is for our own use only.

Do you have Cubic Zirconia?

Cubic Zirconia is not a NATURAL
stone. It is a synthetic stone. But the (Blue,
Yellow, Brown) Zircons we are dealing with are
NATURAL stones. |

you offer FULL money-back guarantee? |
Yes. It is our policy to refund
FULL MONEY-BACK - no questions asked - to our
customers, if in any case the customer is not fully
satisfied with our products. But the stone must be
in the same condition like the time of purchase. It
must be returned to us within a reasonable time. For

Do you have a price list for your products? |
Currently we are in the process
of updating our Price List. So, we will notify it
here once it will be ready. Right now, we don't have
price list. But we can let you know the price ranges
for any available products, if you can ask us with
size, shape and grade. |

How do you ship
the goods? |
We use Fedex, Malca-Amit, Brinks,
EMS service to ship the goods. It is fully you, the
customer's choice to choose the shipping method. |
How can I
clear the goods in my country? |
Customs formalities are not same
in each and every country. Please check with your
customs broker to know about clearing the goods from
your country's customs. |
